an elaboration on the characteristics...(1)

Expanding on an earlier post.

The Right company:
  • corporate management who understand the distribution process & potential difficulties.
    - perhaps they were once distributors themselves.

  • one where there is no doubt to its financial figures; e.g. a public-listed company.
    - hopefully not some penny stock on some unknown stock exchange.
    -
    but of course with a public company comes public news good/bad/ugly, so strong corporate management executives will be a factor.
    - company news will affect the interest of potential business partners.

    - if it is not public then the previous factor is key.

  • how old is the company & number of markets in operation.

  • products that the company owns patents & trade-marks to.
    - some with household products might demonstrate non-toxicity... but are these truly "unique"?
    - some products proclaim amazing algae functions or magical magnetic field benefits... but can these be explained scientifically?
    - some products are run-of-the-mill website/email hosting facilities... again, are these truly "unique"?


  • if necessary: products that have been approved by relevant local product &/or religious authorities.

Note: If there are no products (i.e. money-in gives money-out), it is not legal.
Check with your local law / trade authority if participation in such programs yourself (as an independent) constitute breaking of laws!! Quite likely so.

The Right Company . . .

Network Marketing [aka multi-level marketing, mlm, networking, direct sales, direct selling] is, after all, a viable method of business marketing
Unfortunately also used by swindlers who are out to make a quick buck -- but note that every industry has its bad apples, as well as its Shining Stars!

Spend some time to do your personal research, and you will then know the correct steps to take in the adventure.

Take a little effort to look for:
1) the right company (with unique products),
2) a viable compensation plan,
3) good co-workers,
4) a simple duplicatable system with dependable support & resources

…and it will go a long way in making it easier (& safer) for you & your business partners to build a big network with a legitimate company, based on the correct legal marketing principles.

Once you’re on this right path with the foundation of your residual income firmly built, you’ll never have to look back in life again.


Choose to retire, spend time with the children, or (for those who still love their main line of work) simply continue 9-5 "corporate slavery" without the need to contend with vicious office politics & the endless rat race -- only then can you work in your current job for the pure love of your expertise... and do the world genuine good.
